Our founder Russell Edgett, who walked from Fairfield Town Hall to the state capitol building in Hartford, CT last summer is at it again. This June he will follow up that 60mi/24hr walk with a walk to the Capitol in Washington DC. The walk will take 9 days and cover over 280 miles. At the Capitol he will be greeted by senators and congressmen. A kick off rally for the walk will be held on Saturday 18 April at Old Town Hall in Fairfield at 11:00, light breakfast fare will be served, brief appearances by elected officials, music and a meet and greet will SPC. The walk will start on Wednesday 17 June at Old Town Hall in Fairfield, CT and will culminate at the Capitol building in Washington DC on Friday 26 June.
